If you're looking for a fun and effective way to stay in shape, try taking a group fitness class at USF St. Petersburg. You can choose from Yoga or Total Body Strength classes at the campus recreation department. USF instructors are certified to teach classes for all levels of fitness. Microsoft Teams will make it possible to take group fitness classes virtually via Microsoft Teams. The USF online member portal has the class schedule. To register, visit the Campus Recreation Center's lobby or go online. Registration opens approximately 25 hours prior the start of class. You need to cancel your registration no later than 15 minutes before the class starts so that there are still participants. You will be charged $5 per class, and your registration will be held until you cancel.
